Hello! I'm Max and I work in UX strategy. I ask questions, talk with people, look at the data and help teams decide what may be worth building. Then I try to help make it real and learn from what works—and what does not.

How I work

I try to keep the work simple.

Understand the problem, agree on what matters, make something and see what happens.

Start with the problem

I begin by talking with users, looking at the data, and learning what the team is trying to accomplish before suggesting a solution.

Make a useful plan

I help turn what we learn into clear decisions, rough ideas, and next steps that people can act on.

Whether something works or doesn't, we still learn.

I use feedback and data to see what helped, what did not, and what we should change.
